What is this process? I seen another video where they were spraying shreds of fiberglass all over and gluing or painting it down with red substance they were wearing suits..

Have a question. I’m 10 years late for this video. What manifold and turbo setup or kit was being run in this car? It’s 2024 and I’m looking at a maybe getting a S197 GT500 but finding turbo builds even now seem almost non existent. I guess if I get one and all else fails I can reach out to Hefner about their GT builds.

congratulations on moving into the next phase of your life. i know it’s a lot more tedious of a process when you have a following that started & grew with a project you don’t see yourself doing right now. i started following you on instagram, and i don’t remember how or why i found your account, but i found it around the time you were still in the process of designing the Bailey Blade (i think was the name), and following your process with that car is what ignited my passion to work on cars and to find creative solutions to issues/things in my car projects. i’m nowhere near your skill level (obviously), so i’m not creating or building or restoring an entire car, but i have been doing my own work - both mechanically and cosmetically - to make my vehicles unique. and like i said, that started from watching you build the Bailey Blade. so thank you for your inspiration and unwitting guidance from afar. i hope you find great success and enjoy your new career. thank you again for giving me - and your audience as a whole - a place to watch your creativity and dedication come to life with your project.

Neal - Cool to get a glimpse into your editing process. You do some incredible work. I've spent a lot of time editing in PS and LR. I've never seen the frequency separation. I need to look into that. Editing texture vs color would be a great help.

Ever considered going on VINWiki to tell the story of the Blade?

You could’ve used a hot wire cutter and use the wood as the guide it would’ve been a lot less work

What a 180. I still love the Blade, yet over time it became more about business than the fun of building and driving a sports car. Sad about it, but I'm glad about your future Neal. Sometimes we gotta let go of what we're passionate about, to get away from the stress of it. It's hard. Best to your and the family, and best to your photography venture, my friend.
